Number of Workers: Over 250,000 Store Workers are estimated to be employed by Tesco, many of whom could be eligible to pursue an equal pay claim, as well as Store Workers previously employed by Tesco.

Example of roles carried out by Store Workers who could be eligible include:
Past or Present Employment: It does not matter if a Tesco Store Worker is currently employed or was previously employed when exploring a claim. However, eligibility will depend on when employment began and ended.
